Overview


Google convened its top publisher partners and advertising leaders for the invitation-only Partner Leadership Summit; a multi-day event focused on navigating the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape. Centered on advancements in artificial intelligence, privacy, and revenue growth strategies, the summit brought together senior decision-makers from across the global advertising ecosystem. We partnered directly with Xpedition to design, fabricate, and deliver a branded environment that supported Google’s vision and elevated the on-site experience.


The Ask


We were brought in to oversee and execute the end-to-end build for the Partner Leadership Summit, translating strategic intent into a cohesive, physical experience. Our scope spanned spatial planning, technical documentation, custom fabrication, installation, and on-site project management. The environment was designed to support a multi-day program that included high-level networking, mainstage presentations, and smaller breakout sessions organized by partner verticals and topic areas, requiring flexibility, precision, and seamless attendee flow throughout. We also delivered the branded activations for two off-site happy hour venues, Bar Hugo and Port Sa’id.

The Work




The branded environment centered around a custom-designed Bandshell stage, featuring a tiered, semi-circular wood platform with gradual steps, finished in Google’s brand colors to anchor mainstage programming. Supporting spaces throughout the venue were transformed with branded graphics applied to breakout room windows, themed meeting areas, and corridor hallways, creating a cohesive visual experience across networking, mainstage, and breakout sessions.

Additional environmental elements included entrance and welcome desk wraps, bar wraps, vinyl pillar graphics, and dedicated photo moments with step-and-repeat installations. To extend the experience beyond the built environment, we also produced Google-branded VIP gift boxes and supporting event graphics designed to elevate partner engagement throughout the summit.

  • Custom fabricated bandshell stage 320”W x 144”D x 18”H, tiered semi-circle wood platform with gradual steps, branded in Google colors
  • Dimensional layered scenic pieces to left and right of stage, including natural wood slats, dimensional logos, and icons
  • Bar Hugo and Port Sa’id main bar glass window removable adhesive vinyl graphics for outside application
  • Glass window film graphics for breakout rooms and hallways
  • Kinetic sand tables, fabricated circular tables with slatted pole wraps
  • Tension fabric pillowcase displays for breakout rooms and maps
  • Graphics for entrance and welcome desk wraps, F&B bars, pillars, and angled seating
  • Photo moment step & repeats

  • Print collateral, including agendas with belly bands, coat check signs and tear-away tags, hello sticker name tags, maps, badges, printed tabletop signs, and more
