Background
Google showcased its Privacy Sandbox initiative at IAB’s Annual Leadership Meeting in Palm Springs, California—a key event for digital advertising and media leaders to explore industry shifts. Pinpoint collaborated with agency partner Xpedition to bring the space to life.

The Ask
Pinpoint managed the full build—from spatial planning and engineered drawings to custom fabrication, installation, and event project management. This high-touch experiential marketing effort showcased our ability in immersive, branded environments and strategic event marketing design.

The Work
The branded environment featured interactive “magic walls” that changed from transparent to frosted, a custom check-in counter at the boat dock, stylish wooden A-frames and signs, the “Sandstone Suite” lounge area, ground graphics, and a range of custom event signage.
In addition to the environmental elements, Pinpoint produced Google-branded promotional products and event collateral for attendee engagement.
