You’ll work with a diverse crew of listeners, brainstormers, creatives, go-getters, and implementors with an ownership mentality. Many of us have multidisciplinary backgrounds, which provides a smoother and more efficient project experience.
Steve’s fierce passion for business and a relentless hunger to never stop learning could be credited for much of Pinpoint’s meteoric growth. He holds a B.S. in Advertising from Southern Connecticut State University. Steve has thrived in self-employment since age 18, never having held a “normal” job. His specialties include marketing, ideation, strategy, events, design, and business development. He’s always looking out for our clients’ best interests and is energized by thinking up exciting ways to engage their customers. Steve lives out business coach Tony Robbins’ words: “The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment.”
When Steve is not developing award-winning brand experiences, Steve takes the time to go on adventures, traveling around the world.

TJ learns anything and everything he needs to know to get the job done. With a professional background in business operations, and training in leadership and strategy execution from the Army National Guard, he is responsible for implementing much of Pinpoint’s creative visions. In 2007 he co-founded Pinpoint. His orchestration to bring production equipment in-house allowed us to offer faster turnarounds and limitless customizations to our client projects. Daily, TJ oversees operations, vendor relationships, and finance, in addition to managing key accounts. When the chips are down, he always pitches in wherever is most crucial and his cool-headed problem solving inspires everyone on the team.
Beyond Pinpoint, TJ is a dog dad of two cute pups and is a car enthusiast. One day, he would like to have a six-(at least)-car garage.

Matt’s diverse experience streamlines his clients’ projects. His background in graphic design, large-format, and traditional print production enable him to quickly clarify the needs and requests between clients and the internal team as he oversees projects from concept to completion.
He is very detail oriented and can easily keep track of all the bits and pieces that are essential to making marketing experiences the bee’s knees.
Outside of Pinpoint…Matt can be found outside. In summer he’s on the softball field or a hiking trail and in winter hitting the slopes on a snowboard.

Ryan has been with Pinpoint almost since the beginning. His close involvement with almost every department over the years makes him an integral playmaker when it matters most. To this day he continues to sport a variety of hats and is known internally as our “secret weapon.” Ryan has 20 years in the signage and branding world and a degree in graphic design. He regularly does the impossible, scaling artwork to the grand format our projects demand and matching tricky Pantone® colors to ensure a meticulous level of color consistency across production. Whether it’s strategy, copywriting, or creative, Ryan’s consistent approach and attention to detail flow through the entirety of a project. His genuine love of vocabulary and ear for grammar help our clients win.
Outside of Pinpoint, Ryan is running around the yard with his two little boys, going on family outings in nature, and playing piano and guitar for his local church.

Who wouldn’t want a MacGyver on their team? Arnie blends vision and mechanical prowess with standard planning and production techniques to make our big ideas materialize into physical things by any deadline. Arnie joined Pinpoint soon after its founding over 12 years ago and has been a key player in the success of our clients’ projects ever since. Arnie has wrapped countless vehicles, transformed a car into a winter wonderland for MasterCard and Lyft, and executed projects for many other big names including Toyota, Amazon, FanDuel, Gwen Stefani, and Avril Lavigne. He is an Avery® Certified Wrap Installer and Certified Operator for VUTEk®. Arnie’s career has seen more than 30 years of evolving production methods. Now he daily gets to play with our 4-foot-by-8-foot-bed laser, large- and grand-format printers, and automated multi-tool router to create custom, head-turning pieces. With his talents, it’s no surprise that Arnie is an avid DIY home remodeler, learning everything from “Property Brothers” and “Fixer Upper with Chip and Joanna Gaines.”
Off-hours he plays drums for several cover bands and an original band, James Mauri 4.

Al ensures that what we dream up in digital renderings becomes a physical reality on event day. As an experienced contractor and strong leader, Al delegates and prioritizes the complex elements of a custom build so all timelines and expectations are met. His adaptability means he may be assembling 300 wooden picnic tables, remodeling a sponsor suite, or pitching in on event day wherever most needed: organizing, decorating, even chauffeuring celebrities.
Al’s favorite part is when the client is wowed at the first sight of the completed project and makes him forget the pain, agony, and countless hours of blood, sweat, and tears that went into making it. On the personal side, Al has two rescue dogs that are happy to keep him busy and entertained. He also loves cooking and gets a lot of joy from preparing a meal that others relish.
