Druski x PrizePicks NBA Finals Tour

City Eventions | New York, NY & Atlanta, GA

Transforming one of comedy's biggest personalities into a nearly 10-foot-tall mobile landmark.

Activation Background

To celebrate the NBA Finals, PrizePicks partnered with comedian and creator Druski to launch a larger-than-life promotional campaign designed to command attention on the streets of New York City before ultimately finding a permanent home at the company's headquarters in Atlanta.

In partnership with City Eventions, we were tasked with transforming a digital 3D character model into a nearly 10-foot-tall, hyper-realistic physical statue that captured Druski's unmistakable likeness, personality, and presence. The event activation needed to serve as both a mobile marketing centerpiece and a permanent branded installation, requiring a balance of artistic craftsmanship, structural engineering, and logistical planning.

The Ask

We were challenged to fabricate a highly detailed, larger-than-life statue that faithfully captured Druski's unmistakable personality while withstanding transportation and public display throughout a mobile promotional campaign during the NBA Finals.

In addition to the sculpture itself, we engineered a concealed internal support structure, sourced and wrapped a promotional flatbed truck, and developed a secure mounting system capable of safely transporting the nearly 10-foot statue through the streets of New York City. The activation toured high-profile destinations, including Times Square and Madison Square Garden, creating a highly visible, moving brand experience before the sculpture was permanently installed at PrizePicks' corporate headquarters in Atlanta.

The Work

We produced the nearly 10-foot-tall Druski statue using large-scale 3D printing, custom metal fabrication, precision finishing, and hand-painted detailing. The printed components were assembled over a welded internal steel framework, resulting in a durable yet highly realistic sculpture capable of traveling safely while maintaining exceptional visual quality.

Every surface was meticulously prepared, primed, and painted to capture Druski's facial features, skin tone, hair, and signature wardrobe with remarkable accuracy. Custom color matching ensured the PrizePicks jersey conformed precisely to brand standards, while advanced finishing techniques minimized visible seams and created the appearance of a single sculpted figure.

To extend the campaign beyond a static installation, we sourced and wrapped a flatbed vehicle in PrizePicks branding, engineered a removable mounting system for rapid deployment at multiple appearances throughout New York City during the NBA Finals, and coordinated transportation logistics. After the promotional tour, the statue was relocated and permanently installed at PrizePicks' corporate headquarters in Atlanta, giving the activation a lasting presence beyond the streets of New York City.
