It can print directly on rigid substrates like wood and metal as well as flexible media such as vinyl and canvas. The machine is equipped with precision-controlled ink-drop placement, which ensures sharp image detail and consistent color accuracy across every print.

Usage

The Vanguard LED UV Printer unlocks a wide range of customization options because it can print on materials—and even products—up to 4 inches thick. This versatility makes it perfect for countless applications: metal boxes, laptops and iPads, corrugated cardboard, glass, aluminum, and acrylic. It's ideal for signage, kitting, packaging, textured wall graphics, and much more.

The printer’s ability to print white ink ensures vibrant prints on dark or transparent surfaces, adding more possibilities to every project. It also offers the ability to add embossed and raised textures, literally adding a tactile dimension to any project.

Additionally, two 5hp vacuum zones securely hold materials in place, enabling precise printing on surfaces that may be warped or uneven. This means we can confidently handle unique substrates and ensure high-quality results every time.

When paired with our MultiCam CNC Apex 1 router, we have the capacity to print and cut intricate shapes, allowing us to create complex, eye-catching designs for custom displays, packaging, signage, and more.
