Pepsi & iHeart:
Pepsi Tailgate Tour

Pepsi and iHeartMedia reached out to Pinpoint to take part in a national tailgating tour attending several NFL and college football games over the course of four months. As one of the largest sponsors of the NFL, Pepsi wanted a brand presence to tie in with the NFL that would take the tailgating experience to the next level. There would be musical acts, NFL legends and special appearances, free product giveaways, and games to entertain all NFL fans.

Pinpoint was asked to spearhead the execution of each event to ensure each stop went seamlessly, as well as produce all the support items.

Pinpoint handled the production and upkeep of all the banded items, build elements, and signage. There were Pepsi product samplings, food, VIP seating with a tent, a turf area, and lots of games like huge Jenga and corn hole.

We transported everything from event to event, executed the setup and breakdown, and assisted with onsite troubleshooting when unseen circumstances popped up such as poor weather or extra venue restrictions.

The performance group LoCash came along on the 11 stops of the tour up and down the East Coast. The tour finished big at the Pro Bowl in Texas with a performance by Flo Rida.

Thousands of Pepsi products were given away, and the interactive area boosted customer engagement.  From creative to execution, the client thought the events were a massive success, and was also impressed at our navigation of difficult, unforeseen situations that arose during the tour.
