Creative fabrication experts chosen to bring the museum’s rich basketball history to life through innovative design and immersive brand experiences.

WEST HAVEN, CT, October 15, 2024 — Pinpoint, in partnership with exhibit designer Peter Hyde Design, and interactive design and technology integrator Silver Oaks, was recently awarded the fabrication and brand buildout for the Past & Present, Forever Campaign, a 6,600 square foot expansion of the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, in New Castle, Indiana. The new wing will feature interactive exhibits, artifact storage, administrative offices, and more, allowing it to better preserve the history of basketball in Indiana. Teaming together, this partnership unites specialist companies that are experts in creating branded-environment experiences for museums and Halls of Fame.

With completion slated for late fall 2024, the capital campaign buildout has custom illuminated LED exhibit showcases, a Game Day Interactive structure, Jump Interactive experience with playback scoreboard, Title IX exhibit, You Make the Call Interactive exhibit, Slam Dunk Photo-Moment exhibit, and other additions. Many of the fabricated buildouts include basketball court-style wood flooring, dimensional lettering, vinyl graphics, lightboxes, roof-mounted mannequins, and customized recessed wall niches for A/V component integration.
