TJ Andrews
MANAGING PARTNER

In 2006, TJ co-founded Pinpoint, with responsibility for Operations, including supplier-partner relationships, shop production, installation, and finances. TJ comes from a professional background of managing the operational aspects of businesses.

During his time in the Army National Guard, he trained in leadership and strategy execution where he excelled and has integrated these skillsets into Pinpoint. His orchestration to bring production equipment and fabrication services in-house has allowed Pinpoint to offer fast turnarounds, efficiency, and limitless customizations to our client projects.

Steve Gentile
PARTNER & DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY

Steve is Pinpoint’s co-founder and Director of Strategy. His fierce passion for business and a relentless hunger to never stop learning can be credited for much of Pinpoint’s meteoric growth. He holds a B.S. in Advertising from Southern Connecticut State University along with a minor in Psychology and Theater.

Steve has thrived in self-employment since age 18, never having held a “normal” job. His specialties include print production, ideation, strategy, large scale events, experiential design, and business development.

He’s always looking out for our clients’ best interests and is energized by thinking up exciting ways to engage customers and create remarkable experiences.
